Because Cindy was warm, thorough, and genuinely seemed to prioritize building trust and explaining things clearly during the visit—she radiates empathy and understanding. However, the follow-through on my actual health concerns—like checking in on symptoms, discussing labs, or making referrals—fell flat, leaving me feeling kind of ghosted after receiving my labs.

I recently visited Cindy for a sensitive issue, and she was very professional and courteous. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, and Cindy approached the examination with care and understanding. Cindy followed up about referrals and my pervious treatment from another provider. She recommended an ultrasound, and I received a call a few days later that there were no further issues. I appreciate that she was able to see me on short notice. Thank you.
