Biography

Sanjeeda Jabeen, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in India in 2010. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2019. Dr. Jabeen joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2024.
Dr. Jabeen pursued a career in medicine to pursue of her passion for people and their well-being. She recognized early on the impact physicians can have on their patients' lives and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care.
As an internist, Dr. Jabeen provides primary care to adult patients of all ages. She offers well care and physicals along with care for acute and chronic conditions such as viral infections, anemia, joint pain, digestive issues, injuries, and more.
