He set up an appointment with a new cardiologist which I did not ask him to do. When the office called to tell me about the appointment I told them I had an appointment with my cardiologist that afternoon.

He is difficult to understand. On my last visit he substituted for the doctor. He did not change one of my prescriptions as told me he would. His explanation of my lab results was not clear. I had to use the internet to get a clear explanation. He spent too much time giving his opinion of different foods and food additives. I will not agree to see him again.

He is replacing Dr Jackson so he has some big shoes to fill. I immediately felt comfortable with him. So far, so good.

He was able to accommodate us because we arrived 15 late to our scheduled appointment so he substituted for primary doctor. Puong was very thorough in his explanation and interpretation of lab results. He was patient and gave a lot of follow up steps to take to be successful in betterment of health. Really enjoyed his poised demeanor.

His way of talking to the patient. He doesn't listen to how one feels he blows it off. Seems he is not to familiar in being a well rounded experience practitioner. He doesn't resolve or care if u don't get the treatment. He is rude. He is not compassion or related well with the patient. Seems he really needs lots of experience somewhere else. Never had I had a experience like I had with him oh forgot Dr polanco said my symptoms were in my head n of course I have mental problems I had a bad headache also he said at my age a mammogram was not need I was to old. I told him my knee was hurting couldn't walk I needed to know if he would give me something for my head neck n knee pain. It turn out I needed a knee replacement n have arthritis in my neck it's bad n my head aches turn out to be migraine that was diagnosed by a neurologist n orthopedic surgeon. I also need a pap smear every yr cause I had cancer cells that were removed. So no those 2 doctors I had bad experience. Ever other person that works there are kind friendly n professional. Always try to accommodate.

I went in the walk in clinic. Eye infection and general sinus issues. He did not come closer than about 2 feet, asked a few questions, sent me on my way. The only saving grace is he did prescribe eye drops that worked.

As I stated before, Wa Poung, did not dismiss the symptoms that I reported. Trusted my account and acted accordingly. He did not patronize me either.
