She is a good listener and is never disrespectful of your questions or thoughts. She thoroughly explains why she recommends a course of treatment and ensures that she has your commitment to the same. She has no problems making a referral if she thinks you should see a specialist even though she oftentimes has correctly assessed the situation. She is also very friendly, courteous and professional.
