Adriana Isaza, NP

Adriana Isaza, AGNP, completed her education at Texas Woman's University, graduating with her Master of Science – Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander in Columbia. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Adriana joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Internal Medicine department in January 2026 as an advance practice nurse practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric patient care.
Adriana provides primary care with a focus on honesty, clarity, and genuine compassion for her patients. In addition to preventive care, including well checks and immunizations, Adriana offers diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions such as skin problems, headache, cough, UTIs, and ear infections. She has a particular interest in caring for patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, hyperlipidemia, congestive heart failure, kidney disease, osteoarthritis, and anemia. Adriana’s favorite part of caring for patients is helping them improve their quality of life.
