Raul Sanchez-Ramos, MD

Raul A. Sanchez Ramos, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who attended the Universidad de Guadalajara, graduating with his medical degree in 1977. After relocating to New York, he completed a Family Medicine residency at New York University – Langone Hospital Brooklyn in 1993. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Sanchez Ramos joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in January 2026.
Dr. Sanchez Ramos hails from a family of physicians, having been inspired to pursue a career as in medicine after seeing the difference high-quality care can make for patients. He offers coordinated primary care for patients of all ages, including well checks; care for acute sickness, pain, and injuries; and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. For Dr. Sanchez Ramos, the best part of being a physician is interacting and building bonds with his patients.
