Biography

Adrienne Serneels, MD, provides top-quality care to patients of all ages, including newborns. She enjoys caring for multi-generational families and watching families expand. She is proud to help her patients thrive, grow and embark on new adventures.

Dr. Serneels believes listening is the key to quality health care. She encourages patients to speak up and share their concerns at each step of the health care process. She strives to understand her patients' fears, hopes and goals and tailors each care plan to meet their unique needs.

Dr. Serneels was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She attended the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville and completed her residency at Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. When Dr. Serneels isn't assisting patients, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

    Because she is very knowledgeable and will give us referrals quickly when we are scheduled for test in making sure we are still cancer free. She actually listens to what you are telling her and keep records of it. She actually looks at our blood work and doesn't just assume because we are not in any pain, that we are fine.

    Dr. Serneels is very articulate and an extremely knowledgeable person. She takes the time to go over your medications, your current health, and any x-rays or imaging you had. Dr. Serneels knows her stuff! I highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

    Dr. Serneels is the most compassionate physician I have ever had. She is an awesome listener and demonstrates infinite patience and humor in listening and responding to my numerous questions and concerns. And her knowledge of medicine is very broad-based.Other than my father, a radiologist who was my go-to ad hoc doctor while he was alive, Dr. Serneels is the only physician whose advice I trust and I actually look forward to my visits with her. She is a gem!
