I wanted to discuss two different things and she partially took care of one thing. Of the different doctors I’ve seen since being a patient at Optum over the years. She was my least favorite so far nice person but not very thorough.

Dr. Taylor is the best provider I've had in years. She listens carefully, is very understanding and respectful of my opinions and wishes. However, I an EXTREMELY upset that she will be leaving after my next visit in November! As soon as I find an excellent provider they disappear.
