She does not rush patients. She really listens to patient. She is careful when diagnosing issue patient is having, discussing it with patient, asking questions, ordering tests or referring to specialist if needed. She follows up with specialist and patient. She directs staff to contact patient to check on them or give further direction. She also has staff return the patients phone calls the same or next day. From the time and attention she gives her patients it’s obvious she does her best to give them the best healthcare possible working under the constraints of insurance companies and hmo/ppo.
