Skipped over test results, didn't address neck pain at all, seemed completely unfamiliar with my records and health issues and was hesitant in the one thing she did want to change which was my thyroid meds. The least important issue got her only attention.

Because she’s extremely friendly, truthful, courteous, and takes the time to listen to my current health issues before giving her recommendations/path of treatment. She also takes her time and isn’t in some rush to get in and get out of the treatment room quickly. But she doesn’t seem like she’s lingering either. It’s a perfect balance of her being there for her patients, or for the doctor’s patients when they can’t see their own.
