Dr. Yin is professional, caring and willing to communicate and demonstrate techniques to help me with my daily needs. I have two jobs, one I sit and one I’m moving around a lot. Dr. Yin heard my concerns and spent quality time with to help me know that even though I’m getting older, I can still use my energy in a smart and productive way.

I am convinced she did not really look into my ears, nose or mouth. She is of short stature and there is no way she could see in there. It was kind of humorous to be honest. There's no way she really could see anything.

didn't explain much. more critical regarding the wait time for me to come in. pretty much ask me what medicine I wanted. sitting there sick i had to figure out what i needed. I really didn't care much for your bed side manner.

This was a Telemedicine visit. She was very professional and kind. She was detailed and focused on my problem and gave me enough time to tell her my symptoms. Her diagnosis was accurate and she ordered labs and sent the prescription to the pharmacy promptly. She gets a grade of excellent.
