I went in for a physical. She’s asking me what I want done and what blood work I want done every time I would ask her a question about something. She didn’t know the answer. I asked for a refill on a prescription and she sent in the wrong one, I never got a call from her for my blood test results .I called in to get the results and the receptionist upfront gave me my results. I would never see her again.

She was very nice and the visit went well. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from her about my bloodwork. I also looked in patient portal and there are no notes or comments about my bloodwork. I do have some things that were high and expected her to have suggestions.

I had to see her instead of Shawn Stevens because Shawn was not available. She did not seem very interested in treating me. She prescribed an outdated antibiotic cream for burn treatment (Silvadeen) that they now actually realize hinders burns from healing. I ended up in the emergency room a week later because my burns kept getting worse and worse, where they gave me the correct one, which helped immensely. They said they have not used Silvadeen for a long time. She told me to keep my burns uncovered, which is definitely the wrong advice for second degree burns. I did not follow her advice. She should have referred me to a burn clinic since the hospital thinks I have third degree burns in some spots. The hospital gave me a referral. I think she really needs to attend a seminar on treatment for burns.

Didn't exam needed area. Just glanced. No prescription sent in after am appointment. On 2nd day, after request, wrong prescription was sent in. On 3rd day finally received correct prescription. In the meantime, with much discomfort and pain had to resort to over the counter medication.

Came in for a persistent cough, was give a prescription for antibiotics, and was told I had a secondary infection of unknown origin. Kristin was professional, but wasn't exactly inspired by the hands off approach to my issue. The antibiotics didn't really help either. I've experienced this response before - I didn't have COVID so I got shrugged off.

Kristin seems to be a capable Nurse Practitioner. This was only the second time that I have met with her, so I don't know her very well as of yet. Thus far, she has behaved professionally, maturely, calmly, and I feel fairly comfortable being around her and being examined by her. All told, I like her very much as an alternate to my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Audrey Morrill. However, I would rather be seen by Dr. Morrill, as she knows me quite well, and I know her.

Had to have a physical & Well Woman exam which included a Pap smear. She did fine with the procedure, but could work a bit on bedside manner. I understand you may be in a rush & feel that you only have to perform the procedure, but I felt the general physical itself was skimpy compared to other exams I have had in the past with a different provider in this same office.

Did not feel like my provider cared for me. Discussed taking vitamin D for depression. Was told to focus on working out and eating healthy when I mention that I did or mention how it’s been hard for me to work out due to back pain. I am now prediabetic and was written in my blood work to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have PCOS and Hashimotos disease while I maintain a healthy lifestyle, I felt dismissed by my provider. Both of these conditions are in my file.
