Intelligent , takes time to answer questions . Competent in doing referrals , well informed . Courteous and friendly . Needs to remind admin and office staff to get faxed labs and consultations in patients charts prior to visit so patients do not have to bring copies of lab results and notes faxed or emailed from labs and referrals especially for wellness visits and follow -up . Delays and wasted time is avoided . Also impt if labs are very abnormal to inform patient right away . Fortunately her MA got my copies which I had brought and put them and posted them immediately before she is seen .

I was very disappointed with my recent appointment. My blood pressure medication was changed from twice daily to once daily without any discussion or explanation—I only discovered the change when I picked up my prescription. For a condition as serious as hypertension, I expect transparency and clear communication about medication adjustments. During the visit, the doctor seemed rushed and disengaged. She often finished my sentences for me, which felt dismissive, and appeared more interested in moving the appointment along than truly listening. I also noticed her scanning me with her eyes, which was uncomfortable and made me feel judged rather than cared for. Overall, I did not feel heard, respected, or supported in my healthcare, and I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.
