I think he's a really good doctor. He reviews prior info, and goes into what is different this time and has solutions. He asks about my needs and my mental health as well as physical. He is patient, waits to hear my story, then comments. Never interrupts. He really seems to care, and that is important to me - and I would think - to anyone.

Does not listen, exchange information. He’s THE DOCTOR and doesn’t appear interested in having a dialogue. It’s take it or leave it with him. My A1C, glucose, etc have been too high for the last 4 visits, he made no mention of tirzepitide , I had to ask him.

Excellent MD in treating and taking care of my needs in general, but also in listening and making recommendations for different kind of treatments available,that I may consider. But most of all i never fill rushed at my visits,and that is very important to me,that I feel like I matter as a patient!

Have not spent enough time.Question why he felt I might collapse playing Table Tennis from a heart issue!?!?! Sent a request to know what my lab results are being compared from.No response.Felt I needed to see him sooner,than I wouldrepaired. Could be short time in speaking to one another and have not established a repoire.

Dr. Lopez paid attention to my issues and did something about it. He really cares about his patients. I was not feeling great for months before I saw Dr. Lopez. He changed my medications and I felt like I shed 30 years! I pray Dr. Lopez stays at Optum for many many years.

He is a doctor who shows that he cares about your wellbeing. He takes the time to talk and explain things to you and he listens to what you have to say and answers any questions you may have.
