Biography

Syed Shah, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor born and raised in Pakistan, where he was inspired to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a fourth-generation health care provider.

After earning his medical degree in Pakistan, Dr. Shah moved to Detroit, Michigan, to complete his residency at Wayne State University Detroit Medical Center. His approach to patient care is to make sure his patients feel comfortable enough with him to open up fully about their physical and psychological health concerns. His favorite aspect of being a doctor is seeing the smiles on his patients’ faces when their health issues are finally resolved.

In his spare time, Dr. Shah reviews results from the latest clinical trials, which he applies to his practice when appropriate. He currently resides in Parker with his wife, where he can be found gardening, playing the piano and spending quality time with his three granddaughters.
