Angela Jones-Allen, MD

Angela Jones Allen, MD, is a family medicine specialist. Her philosophy is to care for patients mentally, physically and socially. She offers care to preserve health and longevity in a culturally and spiritually meaningful way.

Dr. Allen always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. She pursued family medicine to offer care that addresses the whole person and their life cycle. She finds she’s often inspired when she treats people who are 90 or older because they are in good health and good spirits.

Dr. Allen earned her medical degree at the University of West Indies and completed a family medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing word games, hiking and visiting her home island of Jamaica. She is married with two sons.
