I absolutely love Dr. Hiracki. I hesitate to recommend her because if the dysfunction of her office. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment, when you call you have to wait forever on hold before speaking to someone. This last time the lab was closed due to staffing issues and I was told by a staff member they were extremely short staffed. Dr. Hiracki is an excellent doctor in a poor office situation.

I have seen Dr. Hiroki for 15 years, I choose not to see anyone else. We have a great rapport with her, shes very knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely cares about us as patients not just a number. We never feel rushed, she listens to us patiently. Her staff is excellent as well!

This appointment was for Bloodwork only. Saw Dr. Haraki the next week on [omitted]. I filled out that questionnaire last week. The bloodwork was done at the Southwest Fort Worth office. I have answered this brochure based on the thing done on this date. I was disappointed that you did not know what was done on this date nor did you have the right local. As I said at first, Claire’s was excellent. could not even see the entry she drew from and no bruising.

Too difficult to get appointments and to communicate between appointments - I was told I was getting several referrals and as I was leaving without the referrals, the nurse told me I would get a call the following business day.... that was nearly three weeks ago. Talk about a physician who is thorough - Dr. Hiraki is amazing. She took time to go through every one of my annual blood test results and discuss indications. She is great about promoting a preventative medicine approach rather than waiting until something becomes more serious. She listened to every issue I was having and worked to ensure that I received a referral if needed. I have already recommended her to my friends and family who are looking for a physician. She is a wonderful, thorough and caring doctor. I have been her patient for years and am very happy with her! It’s the USMD call in line, referral process, lack of communication about the oncology department being dropped and no help or info on what patients should do next. Dr Hiraki cares about her patients - it’s obvious USMD does not.

Dr. Hiraki is an amazing doctor, but if you can't see your doctor when you need to, then it is time to find another doctor. There is always a 7-12 month waiting period even though Dr. Hiraki specifically asked to see me in 3 months due to several chronic conditions. Procedures she ordered were never done. Prescriptions are not sent correctly or in a timely fashion. Staff seems either overworked or incompetent.

She never rushes through an exam…always going over my past visit and labs with me next discussing any new issues that may have come up since my last visit. She is simply the best. To bad the same can not be said of her scheduler. After the completion of our appointment Dr. Hiraki informed me she would be out on maternity leave until mid March and to make an appointment for that time frame. When we went to schedule the appointment I was told early July. I explained this is what the doctor ordered. The person than called over Dr. Hiraki’s scheduler who was very rude. She said there was nothing she could do but left a note to herself reminding her to schedule my appointment when she came into work on [omitted]. It is now [omitted] and still no word.
