I absolutely love Dr. Hiracki. I hesitate to recommend her because if the dysfunction of her office. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment, when you call you have to wait forever on hold before speaking to someone. This last time the lab was closed due to staffing issues and I was told by a staff member they were extremely short staffed. Dr. Hiracki is an excellent doctor in a poor office situation.

I have seen Dr. Hiroki for 15 years, I choose not to see anyone else. We have a great rapport with her, shes very knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely cares about us as patients not just a number. We never feel rushed, she listens to us patiently. Her staff is excellent as well!

This appointment was for Bloodwork only. Saw Dr. Haraki the next week on [omitted]. I filled out that questionnaire last week. The bloodwork was done at the Southwest Fort Worth office. I have answered this brochure based on the thing done on this date. I was disappointed that you did not know what was done on this date nor did you have the right local. As I said at first, Claire’s was excellent. could not even see the entry she drew from and no bruising.

I have been under Dr. Hiraki for maybe two years but she has been unavailable and I have settled with her PA (who is also amazing). This was my first time meeting her and I enjoyed everything about my visit. She was very informed with what her PA and I had discussed and she was able to advise me on keep me educated on my health. I love Dr. Hiraki. She is always gracious, goes over everything, and is so very thorough. I don’t like only seeing her once a year, but I know there is a shortage of doctors. I will say, when I had cancer surgery that had been a surprise, and I called to let her know, she set up some video calls to discuss, since I couldn’t come in for a while. I appreciated that. Too difficult to get appointments and to communicate between appointments - I was told I was getting several referrals and as I was leaving without the referrals, the nurse told me I would get a call the following business day.... that was nearly three weeks ago. I reached out via the portal 5 days ago, still nothing.
