I have recommended Juston to at least 5 people; again, he added years to my life. My previous treatments were costing me a lot (I mean a LOT) of money, but wasn't making anything better. Juston suggested a treatment and the change was immediate!

This was a follow up phone call from Dr Jeffrey George's office after they had received records of my visit to an ER care facility on [omitted]. I went there after being unable to get an answer to a call to the Well Med office. Juston Forte inquired about the ER visit and it was obvious he had not took the time to look at the report before talking with me. I took his conversation as very condescending. I will take into consideration that I was very sick and hopefully not too judgemental. I am very appreciative that they actually took the time to follow up. I received a second call a few days later from Jennifer ?. She seemed very concerned as to whether I was feeling better and encouraged me to let her know if things did not improve. . .

I wish I could give Juston a greater than 10 rating. Before Juston, I was prescribed an ineffective medication and when it wasn't working, the recommendation was to just keep increasing the dosage until the desired results were achieved. My diabetes, blood pressure and overall health was stagnant and not getting better. After two meeting with Juston and we were on the right path...today, my blood pressure is down, my A!C is 5.1 and my weight is down 45 pounds. I wish I could tell others with diabetes to come see Juston. He listens, then makes recommendations. His recommendations were spot on and I'm healthier because of them.

I like Justin Forte, most of the visits I have had with him, he was good. I was not doing well and counld not get appointment with Doctor George. My calcium was high and I believe it was the second visit Justin told me to take the calcium and drink plenty of water and in two weeks he would check it again. I had lost a lot of weight duing this time. I had some stomach problems and went to the emergency room. After running test,my calcium was very high and to stop taking it. I have seen Justin several times since and there has not been a problem.

When I went in to see him I was very fatigued. He went through all the different things that it could be caused by. He was very thorough and after ekg, he sent me immediately to hospital with afib and hospital cared for me and finally sent me home without afib.
