She is great but overbooked. She was kind and knowledgeable but when the medication She prescribed wasn't covered by my insurance, which i had expressed was the case before, she proceeded to prescribe it and then I had to go a week without any medication and no response on the patient portal, hold times of nearly 20 minutes to speak to someone and beg for a refill of what I had previously been prescribed. I still have no clue as to why she scheduled to see me in a month AND in 3 months. The one month appointment feels like a money grab as she is extremely overbooked and unable to give me in depth care. Taking time off work and driving nearly an hour to be half listened to was frustrating. She's great but I need someone who is stretched so thin.

Dr Biard has been our family doctor for 25 years. She is an AWESOME doc who truly cares for her patients and does everything in her power to get them the treatments they need to be healthy and whole. We love that she will go to the mat fighting with insurance companies to get the best treatments, tests, and medicines for each individual patient, taking their specific situation in mind. I have been going to Dr Biard for my entire adult life and I’ve never had an issue at all. I love Dr Biard and I do not wanna have to get a new doctor but however, this last appointment has been horrible. It was in June. It is August and I’m still waiting for a referral to go get a mammogram done. I had to call the office almost every week except for this last week because I called the week before and it was supposed to be handled. Dr Biard was supposed to request my scans from an ENT that she referred me to that. I did not work out with. I spent all this money at an ATandT And nothing happened. I’m miserable. The lady did not help me. The doctor did not help me once but whatsoever, Dr Biard was supposed to request a copy get my scans from them and then refer me to a new doctor completely different hasn’t happened yet. What do I get? I get a referral back to the same doctor that I don’t Like at Metroplex ENT Constance Joe horrible they just wanna take your money. They don’t wanna do anything to help you $400 out-of-pocket for CT scans and they’re just sitting there I mean nobody’s looking at them. I mean I need someone to call me about my EMT and a referral and I need someone to send me to give me a referral for a mammogram. I mean, I am miserable. I don’t even have a life because of my sinuses. I’ve already had one surgery and something is not right it’s not will not get out of my face and I’ve been waiting and waiting. I don’t understand what is going on but ever since this this health group has changed to well me it’s it’s been horrible. Everything was great whenever it was the other thing never had a problem isn’t my Dr Biard and her team saved my life a couple years ago from kidney failure so I’m very just upset about how I’m being treated now so I don’t know if it’s just maybe she’s shorthanded because this is not normally like her so I just need someone to give me a call because I’m highly upset. I mean let me know if I need to get a new doctor I mean, cause I need to get on it cause I can’t. I can’t live like this no more with my sinuses. I mean, I can’t. I mean I’ve been dealing with this my entire life and I’m sick of it. Someone needs to call me.

Dr Biard is very warm, professional, skilled, talented. She has supported me throughout my years pre-Medicare when I could not obtain health care insurance and since I became Medicare eligible. I was in her office to start my Medicare physical the first working day of the month I became eligible. Because I could not afford testing or preventive care previously, I have had lots of testing and referrals over the last four years resulting in some medical conditions which had they been known would have prompted close follow up. Dr. Biard's approach is rather conservative concerning intervention as she uses a very scientific approach relying upon testing and referrals to specialists to develop a treatment plan. She has been very engaged with me in answering my questions and concerns in understanding and developing a treatment plan. I have vomplete faith in her and the referrals she has made for me have been excellent. They may not have the same "bedside manner" that she has, but they have been excellent in their care and treatment I me. For the first time, I have a treatment team working with me, and I am thrilled with the results. I feel like I might live forever or at least for many years to come in good health. This situation is in large part do to Dr Biards stewardship and the caring and collaborative relationship we have built.

She is one of the very best doctors I've had over my lifetime. She genuinely cares for the well-being of her patients not just their health but overall quality of life. I am so grateful to have her as my physician. She takes her time to listen and answer questions. She goes above and beyond to read between the lines and ask about things that a patient might not want to really disclose. She's professional knowledgeable personable and extremely sorry. She has actually called me on a Saturday morning about a result on her personal time. I honestly believe if I ever needed a house call she would be the type of doctor to actually do it even in 2024.
