Biography

Dr. Rizkalla is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Tarrant County Medical Society, the American College of Physicians and is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Focused on adult care, Dr. Rizkalla subscribes to a philosophy of preventative health and health maintenance in order to help his patients achieve the maximum quality of life possible. He encourages his patients to pursue healthy lifestyle choices, including increased physical activity and proper diet. Inspired by his own childhood doctor, Dr. Rizkalla truly enjoys the experience of helping patients to feel better, both physically and emotionally. He chose Internal Medicine because of the long-term relationships this field fosters and the opportunities to build new relationships. With a strong background in psychology, Dr. Rizkalla makes patients very comfortable with his intuitive communication skills and empathic approach. Dr. Rizkalla is married with two children, and when he is not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys sports, photography and cooking.
