Dr. Srivastava reviewed my prior labwork completed at WELLMED, but also the results from an endocrinologist. He identified that I need to have additional tests to evaluate my renal functon and to confirm that my cardiac status was good. Dr. Srivastava also reviewed all of my medicines again to ensure my list was complete and impact on my status. He speaks clearly, professionally, and answers all of my quesions in a very kind and compassionate manner. The referrals were implemented very quickly and I ws receiving follow-up visits within 1-2 weeks. I would highly recommend Dr. Srivastava.

I have confidence with Dr. Srivastava. He understands my issues and listens. In answer to one of the questions about Nurse Practitioners, I refuse to see anyone except Dr. Srivastava. I had to constantly insist that I do not want anyone except Dr. Srivastava. I have finally gotten my point across and explained when they set an appointment for me that I will not stay if he is not the person seeing me. The NP is very nice, however there were times when she did not know what the issue was that I had and Dr. Srivastava had to intervene. When I choose a doctor it doesn't mean I want to see someone other than that doctor, much less someone not as qualified. I am very happy with Dr. Srivastava. I said earlier in this questionnaire that I don't refer medical places to others, however I don't hesitate to tell people that I have confidence in Dr. Srivastava.

I think Dr. Ashwani is a great doctor. However, it’s very difficult to see him during my visits. I usually see one of his PA’s. It’s ok occasionally, but if Dr. Ashwani is my preferred physician, I would like to see him more than 2-3 times per year.
