I asked for a prescription for Xanax that I keep on hand for anxiety attacks. I brought in my last refill from a YEAR AGO to show that I seldom take a pill. However, she refused although it was her policy only and not that of WellMed. I had already completed the Controlled Substance forms. Because she referred me to a mental health provider, I had to start that process. However, that provider is not taking any new Medicare patients during the current government shutdown. I feel like I am shut out of options and that Dr. Rereddy was not taking all of the factors into account. I will do my best not to return to her.

Several exams left off my annual physical that were not covered. Only detailed my COPD Emphysema diagnosis. At an annual physical there must be a lot more comprehensive testing done covering complete morphilogical exam for the entire body and the mental and emotional health. The appointment [omitted] was for an annual physical exam update to get done once a year.

I had trouble reaching her on behalf of my mom who is [omitted]. I didn’t get a call back for almost 2 weeks. She didn’t call but someone from the home office did. She took my concern and said someone would reach out to me about my it and I am still waiting. Very disappointed with communication. My mother has been a Well Med patient about 20 years most of those years were in San Antonio and she never had problems like she had here. Problems with ordering medication, problems with call back..

Dr. Rereddy is a very personable and nice person. During my last visit, she spent a great deal of time talking about herself and her family. I would have preferred that she spent that time discussing my medical needs. She spent a small amount of time questioning me about what is going on with my health. At the conclusion of the visit, she mentioned that we were done. I asked if she wanted to take a blood sample and she replied "no". This is the first primary care visit I have had with a Doctor in well over a decade where the Doctor did not see the need to check on the effectiveness of the multiple medicines I am on. This immediately caused me to question in my mind the level of care she provides. She then retired to another room. Moments later, her assistant came in and asked if I was ready to go have my blood taken. I mentioned to her that I was thoroughly confused as the Doctor had just told me that I would not be having blood taken that day. I mentioned to her assistant that I was confused and she said "I am too". The assistant then asked me if I wanted to have blood taken and I said "yes" and she proceeded to draw blood. This kind of nonsense would NEVER have happened with Dr. Tran. Two days ago, my pharmacy sent me a text informing me that Dr. Rereddy's office had denied their request to refill my Eliquis prescription. I had to call her office in order to get them to authorize that prescription. This is the second time in a row that this has taken place. This Doctor is proving to be problematic.
