Jeffrey George, MD

Jeffrey George, MD, practices family medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. George originally pursued a career in medicine because he enjoyed science and wanted to positively impact the lives of people in his community. He enjoys practicing family medicine because it allows him to look at each patient as a whole person and create treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and desires.

Dr. George’s favorite part about working as a family physician is creating long-term relationships with his patients. He aims to truly know and hear his patients so that, together, they can make simple and positive changes to achieve health goals. Dr. George strives to make health care as easy and pleasant as possible for his patients while providing the most up-to-date and effective care.

Dr. George has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1996 and has two daughters. He loves spending time with family, experiencing nature and enjoying sports of all kinds.
