I believe Dr. Nguyen is a fine physician; however, I sent her a letter the latter part of 2024 regarding what I believe was not a proper diagnosis on the part of the doctor who proceeded her at the clinic. Asked for her assistance in obtaining an update to the diagnosis. She had her medical assistant call me and say, she "Would not change the diagnosis"... According to my sources, it takes follow up for 3 consecutive months testing before a proper diagnosis can be established. This was never done nor did she recommend any other procedure to verify the diagnosis. Following my letter, I also received a call from "Cynthia, the office manager". I returned her call, but she never called me again.

Dr. Nguyen is probably the best family doctor that I have had in my [omitted] years of life. She is extremely smart and perceptive. She is very interested and involved in my care and catches things that other doctors would not have. She has helped me immensely in controlling my diabetes and with my general overall health. She takes time to listen. This is a rare gift!
