I can’t recommend Dr. Wix enough. Every time I visit, I feel truly heard. Unlike many doctors who try to get you in and out as fast as possible, Dr. Wix actually takes the time to sit down, talk, and check in on my overall well-being. I also really appreciate that he doesn't just default to 'loading me up' with medications; he focuses on the right care for me as an individual. It’s rare to find a doctor this attentive and genuine.

As mentioned above, there is a serious problem in the Burleson office with handling critical lab results and other data, and I don't know where all the breakdown occurs. There are times when critical information coming from Dr. Wix is delayed and/or incomplete and I don't know why. The fact that it happens, I have to have some concerns with Dr Wix's oversight of the proper functioning of the office.

Took few months to to see him as a new patient; after appointment our refill medications were not sent to pharmacy. We sent message through portal with no response. Few days later we called the office to speak to staff. Our visit was on a monday and refills sent on Friday
