I went in on [omitted] because I was have some concerns over dizziness, weight gain, and unsteady gait. This are very concerning to me. Labs were taken but No follow up phone call. She knew how concerned I was. A phone call to discuss labs results would have been appreciated.

#1. Attentive, caring, informative, patient. #2. Always has the right amount of time to spend with me. #3. Always up-to-date on my health status. #4. Has a great referral network and gets me to the right places at the right time. On one occasion, she had me in radiology the same day I saw her for a contrast CAT and MRI. I had an appointment with an ortho specialist in 2 days! Turns out I had 2 severe stress fractures. Based on her care, I was trail running again in 6 weeks. #5. Gives me great maintenance guidance. #6. Assures I have the right tests at the right time. #7. Treats me more like an extended family member than a patient.

I like Dr. Jahan however I hesitate to recommend anyone to Wellmed due to extreme difficulty and ongoing problems with changes and access to portal. I’m not able to get lab results in a timely manner. Staff seems confused and not educated due to the constant changes. The portal should be fixed NOW once and for all. Not being able to access lab results is bad business practice. I also believe these internal issues are very difficult for staff, and they are not to. .
