Dr Jones addresses my concerns whether on paper or verbal. I think she takes whatever time she believes necessary to consider alternatives. Generally speaking, I would describe the care she provides as conservative, which I like. Once we decide I need to see a specialist for a particular issue, she lets me pick the specialist of my choice.
