He is sometimes more up to date on treatment options and protocols for my medical issues than some of the specialists I have seen. I cannot say enough about him. I wish he would never retire.

Dr. Springle always makes me feel like I am the only patient he has! He is friendly, easy to talk to and answers all my questions to my satisfaction. His diagnosis is always spot on and he explains why he prescribes my medications and tells me what I can expect. It has been fairly easy to squeeze in an appointment when I am sick and I have never felt rushed in any situation. I have been his patient for more than 25 years and his level of care and treatment has always exceeded expectations.

Dr Springle is very calm and understanding, he doesn’t order unnecessary tests but when something needs to be done, he explains in a very caring way. I have never told my doctor the truth before Dr Springle …. I have been a patient of Dr. Springle's for 12 years. It was quite disheartening to learn the news regarding the practice transitioning to Medicare patients only. I have never found a Dr. like Dr. Springle who listens and genuinely cares about my wellbeing, he even remembers my children's names and life events that I've discussed with him over the years. I will NEVER be able to find a Dr. with his level of bedside manner and care ever again. I'm concerned for my mental wellbeing since learning that I will no longer be able to see Dr. Springle and concerned that I will not be able to find a practice that even comes close to matching the care that I receive from Bay Area Family Practice and Dr. Springle. Whoever made this decision should be ashamed of themselves.
