I really like the doctor. She listens to my concerns and treats me accordingly. I am not sure if the problem is with the doctor or office staff. This is not the first time when my appointment has been cancelled by Wellmed and then the staff wants to reschedule me months later or with a PA.

I gave that rating because when the system was upgraded/converted, a lot of my medical information; lab work, procedures, results were lost. I feel it’s hard for her to give the quality of care I need if she doesn’t have the information to help her make decisions on my follow up care.

It took me at least 4 other doctors by the time I found her. She talks to me about any problem I may have. Her appointment in office are more than 5 or 10 minutes. She is also very concerned about her work ethic with her patients. As far as of today Dr Guerra-Cavazos, MD and all staff are very considerate about their patients.
