Samuel Davila, MD

I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a physician'I didn't know any physicians and no one in my family worked in the medical industry, but I knew I wanted to help people. My goal as a physician is to develop relationships with each of my patients so I can provide them with personalized healthcare, guide them through their healthcare decisions and, ultimately, help them live healthier lives.

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and I stayed in the DFW area for medical training. I received my medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed my residency in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center. After completion of medical training, I spent seven years working as a physician and caring for patients at an outpatient clinic in Euless, Texas, before joining WellMed in 2015. I am excited to be part of WellMed and I look forward to continuing to care for patients in the DFW Metroplex.

I live in North Richland Hills, Texas, with my wife and our two children. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, golfing, fishing and playing softball.
