Doctor Mundluru is exactly what a doctor should be. She really listens to me and is genuinely concerned with my health and well being. She listens to me & then we discuss best solutions. She honestly cares about her patients and she holds me accountable for my actions. In my opinion, Dr. Mundluru is Tops! My wife and I had Dr. Mundluru as our primary care provider for a number of years. Due to the insurance we had at the time, we were no longer able to have Dr. Mundluru as our PCP. That broke our hearts. A few years passed and we were able to secure Dr. Mundluru once again. My wife had passed away, and that is my chief regret. She would have been so happy to have Dr. Mundluru as her doctor again, I know. There is no way I would ever want to secure the services of another doctor after having had Dr. Mundluru as my primary care provider.

Dr. Mundluru is very through, and explains diagnosis and procedures very well, She is very professional and knowledgeable about my conditions and health health needs. She throughly reviews my prescriptions and offers advice and guidance regarding the prescriptions. She schedules follow up visits to check my condition after procedures, and has been remarkable in guiding me through some complicated coronary artery procedures. Dr. Mundluru is an exceptional physician and I would recommend her to be Surgeon General, but I don't want her to leave [omitted], Texas.

Dr. Mundluru takes her time to talk to you regarding your test results, answers your questions, and typically sees you every three months. I have always been able to schedule an appointment with her in a reasonable time frame, until recently. My last visit to the office was in [omitted] and the next scheduled visit was set for [omitted], for labs and a week later for an office visit to follow up on the labs. I found that when I felt the need to actually see a doctor I was always told there were no appointments available for doctor or physicians assistants. So I waited. I have felt extremely bad for about 4-5 months. I was finally able to get a televisit in February. I also stopped at the office one day and was able to schedule lab work for the next morning. This was also in February. Thanks to the televisit with Dr. Mundluru, and her talking with me and determining my problem and prescribing some medication I am feeling much better, beginning to feel like getting out more and trying to schedule all my medical appointments so that I can determine what other issues I may have developed over the past two years.

Because she was belittling to me the whole visit. Never gave me eye contact while speaking ,or asking questions.She laughing the whole visit as if Something was funny.while her back was to me.I was treated like My health wasn't important to her. I felt so humiliated. She was again belittling me the whole visit.My visit summary contained improper information that shouldn't have been there concerning meds.

She was professonal but needs to listen as to the patient needs. I have chronic bronchitis and at night I cough a lot. Over the couter cough syrup does not work for me and coughing for 3 hours hurt my chest. Other than that she was very thorough - would have like to spend more time going over my foot problem with her.

Dr Mundluru has been my Mother's Primary doctor since 2020. She is very attentive to Mother's needs and makes sure with each visit that Mama's meds are still what she needs. She takes the time to talk to Mama and truly find out how she is doing. We would highly recommend her!!
