Dr. Charles had reviewed my file and recent blood work prior to my visit and she was very clear with her expectation for my mammogram. I felt as if she at least could answer my questions without telling me to make another appointment.

DR CHARLES IS A FABULOUS, CARING AND THOUGHTFUL PHYSICIAN NOW SHE HAS BEEN PROMOTED AND ONLY SPENDS TWO DAYS A WEEK AT INGRAM SHE BARELY HAS TIME FOR HER REGULAR PATIENTS RECOMMENDING HER TO NEW PATIENTS WOULD BE FRUITLESS.

Dr Charles has been my Dr from the beginning. Going on six years I think and I love her and really don't want to see any other Dr. She understands me and my needs and respects my wishes. I am just sad that outside of yearly appointments, as happened this year, she is so busy that when I wanted to see her in March, I was told I couldn't get an appointment with her until August. Fortunately my annual appointment was in three weeks and was able to see her then.

Dr Charles is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is straight forward and explained everything so I understood. Until I met with her, I had been to the clinic three times before and saw someone different everytime. After meeting with Dr Matin, I was not satisfied as she didn't offer any advice or even recommend any type of things that would help me. I was seriously considering finding a different doctor's office. But then I met with Dr Charles and I was very happy with her. She made me feel important and cares about her patients..
