Very pleasant, listened and acted on my problem. Had a cough for over a month, did a covid and flu (both neg) and since I had some antibiotics, she did not need to order any extra. Checked me all over. I did not see her wash her hands so I left that question as N/A on the previous pages.

Joining united Health Care/WellMed in ?October? and making my first appointment for [omitted]...which was cancelled on that morning. You all forgot me! I called on the the 30th of the month to remind of my need to see a medical person. After some time and various discussions about my meds...making contact required waiting/waiting/waiting! Finally I asked another client to call and they then turned the phone over to me and I successfully talked with AGarcia. The situation is more crowded with concerns....However, I feel the cause of most of the confusion is due to overload of clients and too few providers to serve them. The HACK did not help. patient needs and to few well informed providers of assistant. I really want to continue my
