Biography

Daniel Oyiriaru, MD, is a family medicine physician. He chose this specialty to help patients achieve better health at every stage. Dementia, geriatrics and preventive care are some of his many clinical interests.

Dr. Oyiriaru was born and raised in Nigeria, where he attended the University of Nigeria School of Medicine to earn his medical degree. He then moved to Washington, D.C., to complete his residency at Howard University Hospital and a fellowship at George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Oyiriaru currently holds board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine.

Listening to and spending time with his patients is Dr. Oyiriaru’s favorite aspect of serving as a medical doctor. He currently lives in Round Rock, Texas. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
