During the meeting on [omitted], I mentioned my concern about headaches behind my left ear. After a question and answer session about my basic health issues PA Harrison treated me for an infection in the area behind the ear. After completing the prescription I am now pain free. After my call to the office, I was able to get an appointment with PA Harrison the same day.

Scott Harrison, PA, is an excellent PA, he's better than some of the Dr's that we have seen before, He has an excellent bedside manner and cares deeply about his patients, if he is not sure about something, he finds out fast. We are sorry to see him leave the Loius Pasteur location, he will be missed, but I know he will continue to help all the other patients in the Bulverde location.

I am ambivalent about the use of PAs substituted for the doctor. It takes many visits to develop a rapport of trust and comfort with any doctor. If I am shuffled around to different PAs, this rapport is not developed. I understand the need to get people through the exam, but this is only to your advantage not the patients.

My appt was 3:30pm Dr. Harrison didnt enter the exam room till 5 minutes to 4 pm. No explanation given. He did say im sorry for the wait. I had another appt to get to at 5pm. The Dr. then was trying to catch up with his other appts, i assume, because he didnt spend time with me. He rushed thur the few minutes he had with me. I was very disappointed with his “bedside” manner.

He was extremely rude to me. He appeared to be focused on my glucose numbers which I see an endocrinologist for. He was so mad that he Didn’t do a full exam or even let me discuss what I was there for. I had to call Dr McCarroll to get my CT results.
