She arrived obviously ill. Wearing a mask, coughing, asked me to wear a mask. Prescribed a series of three shots of antibiotics for ear infections. The shots have not cured my ear infection. She also had not made a referral to a specialist as I requested. I will now refuse to be seen by this MD.

She went out of her way to meet with me when an earlier failure in communication by Wellmed regarding the departure of my PCP put my getting necessary precriptions filled in a timely way at risk. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and concern for me as a patient in doing so.
