Dr. Toscano seems like a good doctor from my single visit with him. NO complaints about Dr Toscano. But he works for WELLMED and WELLMED refuses to let me see specialists without a referral though my UHC PPO insurance plan does NOT require a referral to see specialists. I am extremely distraught about this WELLMED requirement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a pulled muscle. I was left to wait on a very uncomfortable table for over an hour. I didn't feel like he listed to me as a patient. I was needing a muscle relaxer to help me get thru the painful time and he told me he would but the prescription was never called in. His bed side manor was very cold
