Noel Pearson takes the time to listen to all concerns and takes the time to explain things. She doesn't rush through the appointment. She actually cares - she brought up concerns about a prescription that I had been on for years that I should discuss with the prescribing doctor to perhaps go on a "drug holiday" - which after further research into the matter, I suspect my GYN will do just that. Great catch on her part! That's what a great NP does! I just hope and pray she doesn't leave the practice!

Made me wait an extremely long time and uneducated about what is involved in a pre surgery release. My referring physician did not even order labs and Pearson ordered a TSH test that generated an advanced beneficiary notice because there was no documentation to state the medical necessity of this TSHTest

My last appointment I requested to see the doctor and specifically didn't want to see Noel. They presented together. They were so focused on a surgery I was no longer going to have done that they both refused to listen when I told them I had gone to an ENT and was unable to have the surgery they kept talking about. Finally I got up and left. I went to the front desk and had the receptionist print out my records and left. I'm the patient. They were highly disrespectful. I wasted my time going there. I've since had nasal polyp and a deviated septum realignment surgery. I've recovered 100% & can breathe now. I have a new primary care physician. He is a doctor that listens to me. Noel tried to become a replacement for all my specialists as she felt they didn't inform me properly. She is not a doctor. She failed to diagnose me when I couldn't breathe out of my left sinus area. I had a scan done that immediately showed me I was completely blocked. She wasted both my time and money. I had come straight to my last appointment at WellMed from an ENT appointment & neither her or the doctor gave me time to update them. They were focused on a consent form from a dental office I no longer needed. I was treated very unprofessionally there. I will never go back or recommend her to anyone.
