This is our fourth, I think, PCT due to Dr Lewis Zegarelli retiring, in a relatively short time. We signed up with Dr Davenloo and saw her once. The day of my next appointment I was called about 2 hours before the time I needed to be there saying that the doctor was not working anymore for WellMed and had to reschedule me. As a retired RN I was curious about the sudden change. We came to the South clinic because that is much closer to our house than the north one. I had an intro visit with Dr Moser and she had good eye to eye contact with me and was pleasant and kind and asked good questions. I hope we can stay with her for a long time and not have to change again. She is a keeper!

Dr. Moser scheduled my labs a week prior to our scheduled visit so we could go over the labs and she could answer my questions.

Ann Moser was friendly professional caring listen to all I had talk to her about made getting my needs met in a very timely manner over all a great experience with doc. Far as front staff maybe need someone to talk with them on how to treat patients and listen more carefully.

She's great and listens, takes her time and is friendly. However, when i recieved my labs and my cholesterol was slightly elevated, she decided to go ahead and have me pop a pull for it, even though she knows I'm on a diet and have lost 30+ pounds. She didn't speak to me about it in person yet, just went ahead and ordered medication for me that has prettybserious side effects, that family members of mine have personally experienced. I don't want to take medicine without a conversation. She should have written on the lab report that we would discuss possible medication on the next visit, or she should have called me. I don't just take a pill for everything. If we had spoken I would have told her I started eating a lot more eggs on my diet. Like 3-5 a day. That could definitely increase cholesterol, so I can cut back on those and I bet my next labs will be just fine.

I went in for dizziness and she had me do some bloodwork. Days later I was called and was told my estrogen levels were low and that she could prescribe birth control pills. I asked if the low estrogen is causing my dizziness and Dr. Moser said no. No follow up was scheduled or any tests ordered to check for the cause of my dizziness. On top of that my OBGYN said I absolutely should not take birth control pills after my hysterectomy.
