Very thorough, detail oriented. Genuinely compassionate, calm, polite, professional. She made it very comfortable and easy for me to provide a open and honest description of my health history including bad habits I have had my entire life. She read my medical history from Wellmed office in McKinney, and put she placed high priority on details from those records. I am very impressed and look forward to being a patient for years to come.

I like her as a doctor. Careful and thoughtful. I was there for a referral. Subsequently, I got a referral for a different doctor than the one we had discussed, so that was weird. It got fixed but I still have not been able to see the specialist (cardiologist). I do not like that I had to see a nurse practitioner for my annual checkup and would prefer to never see that person again, something Reed -- the nurse just kind of went through the motions, it felt very mechanical and not at all caring. Not sure why she is in a people-oriented profession.

It has taken 2 weeks to get an appointment for a sinus infection. I have seen her twice since the Covid time one of which was a zoom call. I’m [omitted] years old and not a hypochondriac. I don’t call unless I’m sick. I called to make an appointment in late October or November and didn’t get in until January.
