I feel like I am just a person that she has to see to be able to bill for that time slot rather than she cares at all about my well health. I am still waiting to receive a prescription or hear from any one about my compression stockings for my swollen ankles. After a few days, I called the clinic and was told that she had referred to to a company that was supposed to contact me about them. I am still waiting to hear from anyone on [omitted]. What that means to me is no help for my condition is forthcoming from Dr. Cruz's WellMed Clinic and that I am going to have to begin searching for a new primary doctor. I was well pleased (10) with Dr. Roberto Ross and so stated in previous surveys and for whatever reason, I inherited Dr. Cruz after Dr. Ross left the Barlite location. After [omitted], I was so dissatisfied that I engaged in affirmative action to begin my search for a new primary doctor.

Dr Cruz is an amazing doctor not only provides medical information, but also is a very active listener when you want to ask her specific questions about goal you may have. Also she tells you how it is and what needs to be done to correct an issue. Very fast at getting prescriptions out and referrals. She is truly the best I’ve ever dealt with.
