I feel very confident with him as my doctor, he listens and is very patient, he makes sure and follows up with additional blood tests if needed and then makes sure a member of his staff calls me with the results or if I need to be followed up with him. I have not felt so taken care of by a doctor like him in a very long time and I am lucky to have him as my primary care doctor.

He diagnosed thyroid and cholesterol issues that previous doctors missed. I moved, yet I and continue to travel to see him as my primary doctor, due to his excellent care and expertise.

Dr. Marasinghe seems to be doing a good job; I'm concerned about the record keepers There are meds still on ther current medication form they have for me that I no longer take and haven't taken for 3 or 4 years. Also the notes on the Summary of Today's Visit form are incorrect. With the exception of only one emergency visit to have part of a hearing aid tube removed from my ear, I have always brought all of my medications with me to the office; but, the office form states that I never bring them The form also shows that I was unaccompanied on [omitted] when I was accompanied. A Church Brother brought me, but he stayed in the waiting room. Each time I go to the Doctor's office, I request that the records be updated and corrected, but they never are. After the last visit, [omitted], my Medical assistant, Evelyn E-necia looked at the form and also saw that the information still hasn't been corrected. I'm no longer taking extra calcium or vitamin D, but I don't think I ever used the Fluticcasone Propionate 50 MCG/AC in my nose. I do sometimes use over the counter saline nasal sprays..

Because he always talk over us and he doesn't take his time to listen and I have to waited 30 mins for him to see me but he rushes me everything. And I will never recommend to anyone because I heard that a family member went to see him for a pain in his chest and Dr's tailing discharge him and my brother in law had a stroke and a heart attack that night after seeing him that day.

This was an initial visit, being assigned as my new doctor after Dr Freeman retired. He seemed rushed and spent most of a brief visit looking at the computer. I realize he needed to cover my lab results and familiarize himself with my medical info but I felt no connection between us. I was hoping there would be. By the way, in the letter of introduction sent about Dr Marasinghe, all the background information given about him was incorrect. That was so disappointing, to say the least. The implications are far reaching.

I met with him for about 5 minutes. He laughed at a problem I was having, left the room and handed me my lab results. Then he changed my opioid prescriptions without a word to me. I had to call him for n expiation. He said he didn’t like them. I thought it should be how they worked for the patient. He lied and said he would change them back . I put myself on a taper of Xanax and am down by half. My new prescription is now back to 3 in 24 hours. But he decreased by painkillers and changed it to 1 every 8 hours. H never asked why I take them nor did he ever tell me why he changed it. It took me and my previous doctor 10 years to achieve help for me and now this dangerous fool is setting me up for a stroke. I’m telling everyone how dangerous he is !

This was my first visit with Dr.Marasinghe. He was extremely nice and welcoming, listened to my concerns, and helped me get rid of some of my over-the-counter vitamins that were really not needed because they were in my multi vitamin. I had had foot surgery and when I showed him my ongoing problems, he assured me that this was a normal occurrence and give it time. I felt very comfortable with him and will enjoy up and com visits.
