Thilina Marasinghe, MD

Thilina Marasinghe, MD, takes a realistic approach to working with his patients and helping them with health goals. He graduated from the University of Colombo Faculty of Medicine, Sri Lanka.

Dr. Marasinghe is an international medicine graduate who knew from a young age that he wanted to pursue a medical career. He completed a fellowship in radiation and medical oncology. After coming to the U.S., Dr. Marasinghe found that he enjoyed internal medicine, which allowed him to work with multiple organ systems of the human body. His favorite part of his role is interpreting patient labs and working with patients to develop a plan to help them feel their best.

Dr. Marasinghe currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. He is married and has twin daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and watching movies with his wife and children.
