I'm an elderly Medicare patient who is scheduled every 6 months. None of the customary Medicare questions or evaluations are performed in those scheduled appointments. As it's virtually impossible to get through to arrange an appointment, outside of the scheduled 6 months, it's very alarming to me as a senior patient that no one is evaluating me on a more regular basis.

I would give a 10 since he is the best doctor I have had in many years, but I really can't recommend him to others because most people I know are on Medicare and Dr. Ninan will stop accepting Medicare at the end of 2025.

I highly commend Dr. Ninan to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician. He has excellent bed side manners and really cares about his patients. I could never get my husband to go to a doctor until I introduced him to Dr. Ninan. Five members of my family also go to Dr. Ninan. Dr. Ninan will always be my hero, we believed me when a told him I was having a lot a stomach pain and he ordered the test to find out the cause. There were some complications, but that was not his fault; the Dr. that performed surgery had a difficult time getting a very large gall stone out that had caused me pain for 14 years.

As I said, before he listens to what you have to say, you can understand he doesn’t talk in a bunch of words that people don’t understand if he can’t figure out what’s wrong. He’ll try to find somebody to send you to that can. I have followed him from Pearland to Sugarland to Texas city that’s what I think of my doctor.

When I talked to him about renewing a ADD script and going back to work he closed his notebook, looked at me and said, with extraordinary sincerity, "Tom, you JUST beat cancer. You really need to rest and heal for a year, or two, if you can. I'll write the script but I want you to know what is BEST for you. He was 100% right in what he said and how he said it. And that's just one example.

Best doctor I've EVER had. Bar None. Nobody else even comes close. He's a 10. Next closest would be the ones I see at MD Anderson, and even there, it often feels like I'm in a Doctor Factory. More a number than a human being. Even though their competency rates off the scale high compared to every other medical outfit I've ever used, compared to Dr. Ninan, they're at best a 6, all things considered.
