Ms. Chamberlin needs to improve on her entrance and introduction with the patient. When she came in, she shook my hand so hard, that is caused swelling, soreness and bruising. Apparently, she had not looked at my chart at all for my conditions, before coming into the room. Her attitude needs to be rechecked. She has no personality, almost condescending. I will not be returning to Wellmed.
