This was my first visit and she took an hour with me going over my records and asking questions and just talking to me about my past medical care. She seemed very thoughtful and concerned about me. I really liked that--not in a hurry to the next patient as many drs. are.

It was wonderful that she spent the time to explain every aspect of my condition and went into depth and answered all my questions. Very personable and helpful and didn't give me the sense of being "rushed" (unlike my previous physician). Enjoyable visit.

Although Dr. Burst was nice and appeared to listen to me when I was either answering questions and/or talking, it was obvious when she spoke to me that she was not hearing me. There are a few issues that concerned me when dealing with Dr. Burst. I have encountered some of those issues with my previous PCP practice to the point where I made the move from them to Optum to try to put myself in a better position for my healthcare. I am disappointed and it has only been one appointment.
