She doesn’t rush me out of the appointment like most doctors do. Mrs.Tobi actually can kinda remember all of what we have talked about regarding my health over the years. She’s the best.

Toby is very astute and always willing to put in extra effort to answer questions, not just within the in person encounter, but after the appointment via messages or phone calls. She explains everything and never "dumbs it down" but instead treats me as an intelligent person, who is being truthful and forthcoming. She is always friendly and happy, with a big smile on her face. She immediately puts me at ease with her super friendly manner. After our many years together, she remembers me and my medical history, and not just because she glanced at my file prior to the appointment. There is a reason Dr. Trammell has kept her on staff all these years, she is trustworthy and hard workng. Reminiscent of the doctor himself. I will follow both of them, wherever they may land. Not because of wellmed, but because of the people they have always been and the phenomenal care I have received in the 33 years I have been a patient of this clinic.
