Ana listens very well and gives me excellent information about test results and current and future treatment. She is friendly and professional. When I did have an unexpected test result, she called me immediately and called the pharmacy to change my medication appropriately. She's outstanding in every way.

Dr. Torres was very prompt to arrive in the examining room. Then she immediately went over my past records and updated me on my current examinations. She was kind and understanding when I asked her questions about my health and very patient throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend her to other potential patients.

I do not feel like she was effectively able to communicate with me, nor did she listen to me as a patient. I do not feel like she had my heath as a priority, nor did she do a good job with my exam. She did not have answers to my questions and did not follow up with the request to get my appointment results to another doctor. She is not my primary dr at well med, but is who I was assigned to see that day. I will NOT ever go back to the practice if she is the person I am assigned to see. I specifically requested never be assigned to be seen by her again. This is the second time I was assigned to see her, and have two bad experiences with her.
