Because Dr.Garduno does a very good job at what she does. I was sick one weekend and had to go to the emergency room. By Monday she was calling me to check in on me and made sure I had a follow up appointment with her to make sure I was okay.

She is very attentive and I noted that she was carefully examining me to discover the best treatment option. She also discovered the need to have an ultra-sound exam--which turned up a polyp on my Gall Bladder--which needs to be monitored. This is but one example, of course.

I was not comfortable with her knowledge of my problem. I felt she was just handing out meds through prescriptions. She didn’t look closely at the problem. I went on to see a different doctor at a specialists to feel more comfortable that I was getting the help I needed.

She argued with me the entire time. I had a sinus infection and need my usual antibiotics to treat it. She said I "assumed" that I had an infection and seemed irritated that I did not want to get Covid or flu test even though I did not have either. I used to have Chronic sinusitis and had bacterial infections all the time. I have got it down now to having an infection twice a year and simply need my medicine when it occurs. But Kimberly argued with me about everything I said and did not listen to anything I said. I always get a 10 day supply of antibiotics and I asked her if she got the usual for me. She said yes but when I picked them up from pharmacy it was only 7 day supply. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at any doctor. I usually do not fill these things out. But you have to listen to your patients as it is our health history where the patient knows better unless it is something we are not sure about.

She keeps insisting that I’m bipolar and keeps trying to push vraylar on me even though I keep telling her that I’m not bipolar, I’m not going to get depressed, and I just need some sleeping medication to help me get more sleep since I only sleep about 4ish hours a night.
