Bedside manners are terrible and I don't think she has me nor my health as a major interest. Mostly concerned about wellmed and Medicare and their costs. Also I felt as if I was a number to get out of the way until the next patient.

It was my first meeting with Dr Kurian & I had higher expectations for explanations to questions I asked & bedside manner. I wish she'd have spent a bit more time with me. I also booked an appointment to discuss taking a specific medication, only to be told that I'd need to schedule another appointment for blood work before we could discuss starting that medication. Seemed like taking off work for my appointment wasn't very productive, in that regard.

Poor Care. She does not have care or compassion for her patients and I speak on behalf. Communication with her is poor. My last visit she had no idea why I was there did not ask about my current medications and did not want to discuss anything concerning my health. I had to bring up my med list. I went in for a 6 month check up that process I feel was not completed properly. I did let her know that I was not happy this day about her care provided. I did ask that I not see her again due to these issues.

My regular FNP-BC has left this practice. I was very used to seeing only her. From day one of me meeting Ancy she made me feel welcomed and very confident that she would give me the same care I received from my previous doctor. And so far she has shown that she will do that. She is caring , concerned about what care is best for me and refers me to other doctors who may be able to answer questions I may need answered about my treatment and care.

My dr is Patel or Bhatt. I asked for them not her. She don’t know me. Now I’m without needed refill. She dont listen.

This NP has poor communication skills. My first visit I was placed on medications never discussed. My pharmacy is the one that notified me that I had a new prescription. I had to call this office and ask why i had a new medication not discussed. This office was closing at 5pm so I actually had to wait an additional day to find out why I was being placed on a new medication not discussed by Ancy. She seems to want to also do her exam quickly and give her opinion and run in stead of listening to me and my concerns. She does not make me feel comfortable as a patient.

She didn't listen to what I was telling her. she just kept repeating nonsense basically. The purpose of my visit was to reduce my statin and other medications which apparently went over her head. She has the worst patient care ability and I NEVER WANT TO BE SEEN BY HER AGAIN. WHY DID YOU TERMINATE XOCHITL BOCKMON????? She was a excellent Physicians assistant!!!!!!!
