Annette Mouton, NP

Annette Mouton, MSN, FNP-C, completed a Bachelor of Science in health education and biology in 2009 at the University of Houston. After practicing bedside nursing for seven years, she wanted to be able to build long-term relationships with patients, deciding then to earn her Master of Science at Texas Woman’s University – Houston in 2017 to become a family nurse practitioner. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.
With a focus on building rapport and educating patients on preventive health, Annette provides a wide range of well and sick care for her patients of all ages. She provides checkups, well woman visits, and sports physicals. She also sees patients to address acute illness or injuries and to manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, and more. Above all, Annette enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them meet their individual healthcare goals.
